Our private room features a white marble tabletop, surrounded by twelve deep set premium leather chairs, floor-to-ceiling handmade velvet drapes, and a stunning chandelier.

We are happy to accommodate personalized requests 48 hours prior to the day of dining.
Wagyu & Dry Aged

Our current wagyu offerings include American Wagyu Zabuton “Denver Cut” and Australian Wagyu New York Strip, cooked to your desired level of doneness on our charcoal grill. Additionally, we serve a selection of two exquisite cuts fresh from the Japanese Miyazaki Prefecture, A5 Tenderloin (pictured above) and A5 Ribeye. Both served to you with a 500-degree Himalayan salt stone.
In addition to many of our other premium steaks, our in-house dry ageing room is home to two of our most popular cuts - The 26oz Bone-in Cowboy Ribeye, and 30oz Tomahawk Ribeye are both carefully aged 42 days to ensure premium flavor and tenderness.
